STUDY ON UNIFORMITY OF ELECTROLESS PLATING SOLUTION OF   SOLAR CONTROL GLASS

Abstract

Abstract: A new type elctroless plating bath for solar control glass with large area uniform plating was presented on the basis of the relative Reynolds numbers , the temperature distribution calculation and the relative structure design. The experimental data of the distribution and change of temperature indicate that the mass transfer of the fluid was steady laminar flow and the difference of the maximum temperature was less than 0 5℃ in glass dipping region of 1000×200×1000mm.
